Seasonal Wellness

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Autumn signals the transition to cooling and drying times and is reflected in our bodies. We are entering the season of the Lungs and Large Intestines along with the emotions of loss/grief. To ease this transition, we’ll need a balanced state of being in which our thinking is clear, we're open to new ideas, and our communication skills are sharp.

Now is the time to release the thoughts and obstacles that are blocking us from this personal growth. Setting new intentions and organizing for a new season is paramount. Heather will cover how dietary changes, herbs and exercise can help make this transition less stressful and more supportive in maintaining balance.
